Life happens and sometimes plans change, we sympathize with you. Rescheduling or cancellations of appointments can be done with ease right through the confirmation link sent to you when you booked your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. In the case that you need to make a change or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time , this will result in being charged 50% of the service fee. Any appointments cancelled within 4 hours and all no-shows will be charged 100% of the services booked. Because we are by appointments only, we can not make any exceptions. 

We understand that sometimes misinterpretations can happen and sometimes the look you were inspired by may not actually look as you expected, we get it! We never want a client to leave unhappy with their service or look. We strive to make every person leave satisfied with the desire to return in the future. We ask that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please express your concerns to your stylist before you leave the salon. We will be sure to accommodate you and fix the issue. If for any reason there is an issue that arose after you have left the salon please call us as soon as possible to accommodate you. We allow up to 10 days after your appointment for any revisions of haircuts or color. Because this is a service based business and time is our most valued asset, we can not offer any refunds. We appreciate your understanding.

We suggest coming back for a color touch up every 4-6 weeks. For a haircuts, we recommend coming back in 10-12 weeks. If you have highlights, it would be best to come in 6-8 weeks.
